Planting and Maintenance Works (Replacement Plantings) for Zscherndorf-Bitterfeld Cycle Path

Landscape construction works for the new construction of the cycle path between Zscherndorf and Bitterfeld (cycle path Zscherndorf, Schwarzer Weg - Bitterfeld): cultivation and fertilization of approx. 2,220 m² vegetation area, delivery and planting of various tree and shrub species, planting of a total of approx. 960 shrubs, installation of necessary tree anchors, delivery and erection of a game fence including forest profiles and fastening material, completion maintenance and subsequent development maintenance over four calendar years, irrigation services including water supply. Execution period: October 5, 2026 to December 31, 2026, with possible postponement due to supply bottlenecks or unsuitable weather/soil conditions. No security deposits required. Payment terms: remuneration exclusively for contractually rendered and proven services, no advance payments. Qualification documents: self-declaration of suitability (LD 124), if applicable, declaration of bidding consortium/subcontractor/reliance on third-party capacities, 3 reference proofs for comparable services (gardening and landscaping with planting of trees/shrubs and associated maintenance services) from the last three years, self-declaration regarding the absence of exclusion grounds (§§ 123, 124 GWB), self-declaration on collective bargaining loyalty, minimum hourly wage and equal pay (TVergG LSA), self-declaration on subcontractor deployment (§ 14 para. 2 and para. 4 TVergG LSA). Prequalification for gardening and landscaping is possible. Upon separate request, verification documents must be submitted (business registration, professional/public liability insurance, certificates for proper payment of taxes/duties/social security contributions, certificate of good standing from the responsible professional association, information on available personnel, if applicable, qualification documents for subcontractors/reliance on third-party capacities).
