Renovation of Wastewater Treatment Plant and Stormwater Treatment Renewal in Oberthal Güdesweiler Demolition of the existing pond wastewater treatment plant and construction of a technical wastewater treatment plant with fine screen system, circular grit chamber, activated sludge basin (Biocos process), phosphate precipitation plant, and sludge storage. Renewal of stormwater treatment includes a separation structure, storm overflow basin, throttling/inlet pumping station, retention soil filter, and outlet throttling. Construction of a new functional building with a usable area of approx. 190 m² for workshop/storage, measuring room, WC, NSHV/operational monitoring room, screen system room, grit chamber room, blower/compressor room, and service water system room. Services include civil, mechanical, electrical, and I&C engineering, as well as technical building equipment, comprising demolition of approx. 320 m³ reinforced concrete, excavation and disposal of approx. 10,000 m³ earth, delivery and installation of approx. 8,500 m³ replacement soil, approx. 2,000 m² asphalt works, production of approx. 900 m³ reinforced concrete, approx. 700 m² sheet piling, and complete demolition of the operating building.
