This includes improving adhesion by restoring roughness, waterproofing the substrate to protect against water infiltration and frost, and applying a cold technique to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. For certain new construction works (excluding maintenance), a safety and health coordination mission of category 2 or 3 according to the Labor Code is required.
