Architectural services for the construction of approx. 62 collective dwellings: Execution of a restricted competition to select four candidates for an architectural study (phase 2). The project involves the construction of one or two buildings with a maximum of R+8 and an R-1 basement, plus a ramp for 48 parking spaces at the ZAC REPUBLIQUE - lot G1a site in Montpellier. 30 BRS dwellings and 32 LLS dwellings are planned.
