Renovation Planning for Pornaistentie

Renovation planning for Pornaistentie: One contractual partner will be selected for the execution of the planning task. Work must commence immediately after contract signing. Draft copies are to be ready for comment by 18.12.2026 and officially received by the client by 15.01.2027. The selected consultant is responsible for the entire planning assignment. The work is guided by a steering group. Cooperation meetings between the client's steering group and the tenderer will primarily be held remotely (Teams) or in a hybrid format. A kick-off meeting and a field visit with key personnel will take place on-site. The consultant will send meeting invitations and write minutes of the meetings. Background information will be specified if necessary at the kick-off meeting (e.g., information on lines and lighting). A point cloud and DWG file are available for the area. Traffic counting was carried out at the beginning of Pornaistentie in June 2026, with results attached. The attached boundaries of the Pornaistentie planning area are indicative. The planning task exclusively concerns Pornaistentie and the pedestrian and cycling path up to the property boundaries. If necessary, the area can be extended to the area owned by the municipality of Sipoo, e.g., for stormwater management.
