Architectural services for general renovation of the triple sports hall in Gunzenhausen

Architectural services for building and interior design planning: Service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1 §§ 34 ff., phased commissioning; initially phase 1 with LPH 1 and 2 including special services. Advising and assisting with funding procedures (stage 2), advising, assisting, and contributing to the proof of use (stages 3+4), creation of tabular overviews for maintainable system components including inspection cycles and legal basis, as well as recommendations for non-mandatory maintenance (LPH 8, based on client template), monitoring of defect rectification within the limitation period (LPH 9). No prior planning services according to HOAI object or specialist planning have been rendered. The objective-setting phase according to BGB / LPH 0 is completed. Commissioning of further stages and special services is optional and depends on financial and funding availability. Fees are based on agreement; HOAI 2021 orientation values are not binding; in the absence of an agreement, the basic fee rate applies.
