Architectural competition for the modernization and reconstruction of the Government Box, buffets, and public toilets at the Grand Theatre – National Opera in Warsaw. The scope includes the modernization and reconstruction of 24 public toilet rooms across 6 floors (611.10 m²) from the cloakroom level to Balcony III, as well as the modernization and reconstruction of the Government Box lounge with a bar, back-of-house facilities, and toilets (102.50 m²). Furthermore, the scope covers the comprehensive modernization of buffet areas in the entrance foyer at ground level and levels +2 and +2A. Works involve the complete overhaul of electrical and ventilation systems, replacement of sanitary equipment, potential replacement of door joinery, wall refreshing, and improvement of aesthetics and user comfort. The competition is restricted and two-stage.
