Outsourcing of intermediate archives for the Opérateur du Patrimoine et des Projets Immobiliers de la Culture: Handling, conservation, and management of archives, including deposits, removal, transport, referencing, annual storage, provision, final disposal and destruction (incl. transport and database update), transfer operations, and supply of storage packaging. Archiving tasks include detailed inventory of public archives with sorting according to archival standards, preparation of deposits and/or destruction, and document indexing using a software solution provided by OPPIC. The framework agreement has an annual minimum order value of 10,000 € (excl. tax) and an annual maximum order value of 45,000 € (excl. tax).
