Planning, manufacturing, and delivery of three piggable valve groups (DN 600, continuously piggable): for valve station km 0.0 Leidingen (takeover facility) one valve group with an option for retrofitting a gas pressure regulating and metering system (GDRMA); for valve station km 7.1 Kerlingen-Oberlimberg one valve group; for valve station km 16.5 Dillingen (transfer facility) one valve group with an outlet for a mobile pig trap. This includes detailed design (design and calculation of components according to AD 2000 or DVGW G463, creation of CAD drawings, structural planning for the foundation of the valve groups), procurement of all components, pre-assembly of operational valve groups, leak tests and ISO tests before delivery, transport of the pre-tested valve groups to the respective installation site, and delivery free to construction site including unloading.
