Supervision services for construction works, safety coordination, and moisture management coordination: Construction supervision tasks include plan review, site supervision, inspection of work phases and performance, participation in and reporting of site meetings, monitoring of the site diary, quality assurance monitoring of materials, supplies, and contractors, monitoring of schedules and interim targets, assessment of change impacts, financial control and preparation of the final financial statement, cooperation with authorities, participation in acceptance and post-inspections, and documentation preparation. Safety coordinator tasks, in accordance with Government Decree (VNa 205/2009), involve coordinating safety matters during the preparation, planning, and execution phases of construction projects, monitoring the fulfillment of the client's occupational safety obligations, ensuring cooperation among project parties on occupational safety issues, preparing and updating safety documents, rules, and instructions, ensuring the adequacy of site safety plans, monitoring site safety, and addressing safety matters in site meetings. Moisture management coordinator tasks are defined project-specifically based on current moisture management task lists and guidelines, including reviewing and approving the contractor's moisture management plan, monitoring the implementation of moisture management on site, supervising measurements and documentation, and handling and reporting deviations. Projects may be implemented according to the Kuivaketju10 operating model, with tasks defined accordingly, as well as by RT and RIL guidelines.
