Supply of Doctor's Assistant software: integrated with the HIS system and Clininet, for University Clinical Hospital No. 2, University Clinical Hospital No. 1 (Norbert Barlicki), and the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź. The type and quantities are specified in the Assortment and Price Form (Annex 2 to SWZ), the Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex 1.a), and the Warranty and Service Conditions (Annex 1.b). Each contracting entity will sign a separate agreement for the quantities specified for its hospital in the Assortment and Price Form.
