Supply of additives for asphalt mixtures and polyethylene bags for D.R.D.P. Buzău: Framework agreement for 48 months. The additives include adhesion additives for road bitumen (type/class 50/70 or higher) and additives for hot asphalt mixtures at low temperatures, which reduce mixing, laying, and compaction temperatures by up to 50°C. The polyethylene bags are for packaging stockable mixture for controlled handling, storage, and delivery. Products must not contain chemical solvents, silicones, or petroleum derivatives.
