Property damage insurance for the Department's buildings and facilities: Coverage for all buildings, constructions, their annexes, fittings, equipment, and all works considered real estate, including fences, perimeter and retaining walls, and buried pipelines, regardless of ownership or construction status. Guarantees cover damages and liabilities from fire, explosions, lightning strike, electrical damage, special risks (storms, hail, snow/ice/water weight on roofs, smoke, falling aircraft/spacecraft, land vehicle impact, water damage and frost, vandalism and attacks), theft, glass breakage, natural disasters, urban furniture, and other damages.
