Planning services for the construction of a sludge disposal site for Stadtentwässerung Hamm east of KLA Hamm West: Facility for receiving, interim storage, and loading of sludge and other organic and mineral mixtures. Three modular storage boxes, each approx. 15 m deep, approx. 12 m wide, and approx. 10 m high, with a maximum interim storage period of up to four weeks. Support and roof structure as steel construction (galvanized steel, e.g., trapezoidal sheet or sandwich roof), designed for a photovoltaic system with roof overhang. Photovoltaic system with an annual yield of approx. 110,000 kWh (limit 100 kWp) and a battery storage system with approx. 50 kWh capacity. Watertight, corrosion-resistant base plate with differentiated slope (e.g., 3% / 2% / 1%) towards the leachate channel. Separation systems (e.g., concrete blocks) for storage areas. Drainage facilities with leachate channels and sand trap, and a system for controlled clear water discharge via a valve shaft. Washing area for vehicle cleaning, including wastewater treatment. Reinforced concrete vehicle shed with a separate operational area, including parking spaces for two operational vehicles, technical, storage, and social areas (switchgear, energy storage, I&C technology, storage areas, sanitary facilities). Service areas: structural engineering (service phases 1-9, HOAI 2021), structural design (service phases 1-6, HOAI 2021), technical equipment (service phases 1-9, HOAI 2021), with service phases 5-9 being optional.
