Upgrade of the video surveillance system for student dormitories at the Technical University of Sofia: Delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning, technical and warranty maintenance of 354 IP cameras, 354 distribution boxes, 25 switches, 16 recorders, 16 hard drives, 13 communication cabinets, 17,680 meters of FTP cable, and 5,100 meters of cable duct. The service also includes functionality tests and training for the correct operation of the system. The aim is to cover all entrances, corridors, staircases, and emergency exits, and to increase the recording storage time. Components must be new, unused, in original factory packaging, and comply with international, European, and Bulgarian requirements for radio frequency interference, electromagnetic compatibility, safety, noise levels, technical operation, fire safety, and connection to the electrical grid. The maximum period for delivery, assembly, installation, and commissioning is 90 calendar days. Warranty and maintenance are for a minimum of 24 months.
