Modernization of High-Voltage Lines (LEA 110 kV) and Substations: Rehabilitation of poles, replacement of active conductors to increase distribution capacity, and security measures for the 110 kV lines Sitorman – Săcele – Mihai Viteazu and Tulcea Vest – Topolog. Installation of digital relays for differential protection of the 110 kV lines Sitorman – Săcele and Săcele – Mihai Viteazu in the Sitorman, Săcele, and Mihai Viteazu substations. Replacement of current transformers in the 110/20 kV substations Sitorman, Săcele, Mihai Viteazu, and Topolog. The project covers 37+49.8 km of high-voltage network in Tulcea County (Topolog, Ciucurova, Nalbant, Frecăței, Cataloi, Tulcea) and Constanța County (Sitorman, Săcele, Mihai Viteazu), further items as per the tender documents.
