Expansion of the right flood embankment on the Wieprz River: on a section from km 0+000 to 5+677, for the protection of the Dęblin-Masów valley between Dęblin Airport and the railway bridge at the mouth of the Vistula. The project aims to improve flood safety in Dęblin and protects residential, commercial, public utility, and infrastructure buildings, as well as roads, especially military facilities of the Dęblin Military Air Base. The protected area is approximately 10.8 km².
