Bidders must demonstrate experience: one construction work in a heritage-listed building with a volume of at least 6,000 m³; one construction work with a total value of at least 15 million PLN gross in a heritage-listed building; one construction work with a value of at least 1 million PLN gross, including the reinforcement of structural elements in a heritage-listed building; two conservation services in heritage-listed objects, each with a value of at least 1 million PLN gross; at least one task (design, supply, and assembly or supply and assembly based on own workshop documentation) of museum display cases with lighting, climate control, and tightness ACD < 0.4, with a value of at least 2.5 million PLN gross. Required personnel: construction manager with an unlimited structural-building construction license, qualifications according to Art. 37c of the Heritage Protection Act, at least 5 years (60 months) experience as construction manager, of which at least 24 months in heritage-listed buildings, experience as construction manager for construction works with a value of at least 4 million PLN gross including conservation works in heritage-listed buildings, and membership in the relevant chamber. further items as per the tender documents.
