Outdoor facilities for the renovation of the Hopfenhof outdoor area: Removal of 650 m² natural stone paving, 60 m² used natural stone, 80 m³ mineral base layer, 45 m curb T, R, H, 25 m² concrete paving, and 43 m² sandstone slabs; Loosening and disposal of 460 m³ soil for roadway and footpath, and 120 m³ soil for trenches and excavation pits; Installation of 70 m³ gravel base layer, 130 m³ frost protection layer, 440 m² HGT layer, 70 m curb T, 11 m concrete stone gutter, 185 m² natural stone paving, 455 m² concrete paving, 88 m wall slabs, 35 m² wall cladding, 74 m wall coping, and 12 m² eaves strips; Installation of 2 mast-top luminaires with mast, 2 bollard luminaires, and 3 supply bollards (electrical/drinking water); Laying of 300 m electrical cable and 50 m drinking water pipe; Installation of 100 m PP pipe DN 250/100, 1 street drain, 1 plastic manhole DN 400, 90 m drainage pipe DN 100, and 45 m box/slot gutter; Creation of 30 m² planting areas. Completion is scheduled by 30.04.2027. Electronic bid submission is required, alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price.
