Outdoor facilities for the renovation of Mainz City Hall

Outdoor facilities works, comprising demolition of approx. 1,800 m² concrete paving, metal and concrete bollards, waste bins, drainage channels, and approx. 50 m tree surround edging. Path construction works for approx. 1,800 m² paved areas with concrete block paving and concrete slabs, approx. 170 m² water-bound surfacing, and a 2-step staircase made of concrete block steps. Drainage systems include approx. 25 m drainage channels, 5 soakaways, and approx. 15 m trench for drainage pipes. Earthworks involve excavation for 25 foundations, approx. 190 m trench for earthing cables, approx. 50 m trench for electrical cables, approx. 40 m³ excavation for construction pit with shoring, and approx. 75 m³ excavation for planting pits. Furnishing with 3 waste bins, 11 bicycle stands, 1 bicycle station, 2 barrier posts, 3 traffic signs, 15 concrete bollards, and 4 m seating blocks with wooden tops. Metal works for 3 cast tree grates, approx. 45 m edging for planting beds, and approx. 44 m border railings. Vegetation technology works include the removal of approx. 150 m² water-bound surfacing in the root area using a suction excavator, a bed irrigation system, supply and installation of approx. 20 m³ planting substrate, approx. 6 m³ mineral mulch, and approx. 85 m³ tree substrate, 40 m root protection barrier, and 3 tree irrigation systems. Supply of 3 trees and 953 perennials, grasses, and bulbs. Planting works for 3 trees with underground anchoring and 953 perennials, grasses, and bulbs. Completion care for 3 trees and 70 m² perennial area including watering. Development care for 3 trees and 70 m² perennials over 2 years including watering.
