Outdoor Facilities for Großer Markt 10 in Perleberg

Creation of square, path, and planting areas, as well as the creation and installation of fences, water systems, and furnishing elements: The construction project is divided into three sections. In the inner courtyard/atrium, areas are to be partially paved with mosaic cobblestones, bordered with Tiergartenband, covered with topsoil, and planted. A steel planter is to be supplied, installed, and planted with a solitary tree; all materials must be transported manually or by wheelbarrow. On the Großer Markt square (in front of the building), a (book) bench and a drinking fountain are to be supplied and installed. A foundation for a stele is to be created, and utilities (electricity and drinking water) are to be routed to the fountain and stele. This involves removing paving and slab coverings, digging trenches, and restoring the square areas. In the courtyard area of Großer Markt 11, an existing steel gate system is to be assembled on new foundations, and a waste enclosure (wood-steel combination) is to be supplied and assembled on new foundations. For the creation of the foundations, paving is to be removed, foundation pits are to be dug, and the square areas are to be restored.
