Production of the therapy garden for the replacement building of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at Sana Klinikum Offenbach: The three-story new building with 110 beds and 20 places for a day clinic will be partially basemented. Included are non-binding main quantities for earthworks, superstructure and road construction, building constructions, technical installations, built-in elements in outdoor facilities, planting and vegetation areas, equipment elements, protective measures, site setup, disposal, and all other necessary ancillary services. The lot covers the complete production and equipment of the therapy garden and is separated from already awarded services for other outdoor facilities, fences, and hedges.
