Renewal of equipment and shelving technology for the Medical Device Reprocessing Unit (AEMP) at Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin: The AEMP ensures central sterile supply in 24/7 operation, reprocessing approximately 100,000 sterile units (StE) with over 4.5 million surgical instruments annually. The service includes delivery, assembly, commissioning, and functional and safety testing of systems that must comply with the state of the art, be energy-efficient, and enable validatable processes. The equipment must meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 13485 and the recommendations of KRINKO and BfArM, considering ergonomics, economic efficiency, and process safety. Required instructions and training for operating personnel are included. Services are to be provided in phases during ongoing operation, with sterile supply maintained without interruption. This tender includes Lots 3 and 4 of the overall modernization.
