Equipment for School Laboratories for Renewable Energy and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Delivery of equipment for school laboratories: The equipment must be brand new, fully functional, free of defects and damage, and unused. It must comply with Polish and EU norms (CE declarations), technical and operational requirements, and health and safety standards. Operating instructions in Polish (paper and electronic versions) are required, along with delivery, installation, and functional testing at the usage locations (Zespół Szkół Technicznych in Rybnik), technical documentation, warranty cards, and service terms. Products must be from regular production, not prototypes. A minimum warranty period of 24 months is required, with a 14-day period for defect removal. Equivalent solutions are permitted, with proof of equivalence to be provided by the bidder.
