Replacement of Computer Equipment for the Przemyśl City Office

Delivery of computer equipment and software: 278 desktop computers with integrated graphics cards, 2 desktop computers with dedicated graphics cards, 278 office monitors for the first computers, 2 office monitors for the second computers, 18 office laptops with 16 GB RAM, 2 office laptops with 32 GB RAM, and 300 units of office software. The delivered equipment must be designed for accessibility, including the ability to connect assistive devices, clear port labeling, easy access to sockets, height, tilt, and rotation adjustment for monitors (TCO certified or equivalent). Laptops must feature matte screens with high contrast, wide viewing angles, backlit keyboards, and compatibility with assistive technologies (screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control). The operating system and office software must allow contrast and font size changes, be compatible with assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon NaturallySpeaking or equivalent), offer full keyboard operation, and support the creation/reading of WCAG 2.1 AA compliant documents. User documentation must be provided electronically (PDF/UA or HTML) and in print (sans-serif font, min. 70% contrast, ≥ 12 pt). All devices and software must comply with Polish accessibility laws (Act of July 19, 2019, on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs and the Regulation on the National Interoperability Framework). Technical support for accessibility features (screen magnification, contrast, voice control) must be provided during the warranty period; replacement devices must have equivalent accessibility features.
