Replacement of LED Lighting Luminaires in Częstochowa

Replacement of lighting luminaires: Modernization of lighting circuits in Częstochowa by replacing 4,325 existing luminaires with modern, energy-efficient LED luminaires (1,805 units with a control system, 2,520 units with autonomous power reduction). The work includes the development of approvals and permits, an approved traffic management plan, a schedule for modernization, and coordination of work execution according to the guidelines of the Municipal Road Authority. Furthermore, it involves the dismantling of lighting equipment, installation of LED luminaires on existing supports, reconstruction of existing luminaires in heritage-protected areas using retrofit LED systems, adaptation of park luminaire mounting to existing brackets, replacement of protections, commissioning of the control system, conducting tests and measurements, commissioning of lighting, trimming of branches obstructing the light beam, and finishing and cleaning works. The service also includes the preparation of acceptance documentation (with test results and as-built inventory), 10 luminance measurements on specified road sections, 10 light intensity measurements, and training on the control system operation. Luminaires must allow the installation of an appliance fuse (radio) at the power input without voiding the warranty, especially for pole systems without fuse boxes.
