Replacement of Video Surveillance Systems

Installation and integration of video surveillance systems in the protected areas of BKM Nonprofit Zrt.: 26 new cameras with associated video processing and recording technology, installation and integration into one video system per site. The service includes delivery, assembly, and commissioning of security technology, laying of power and copper data cables (underground outdoors 0.6-0.8 m deep, indoors in plastic cable ducts and open plastic pipe network above suspended ceilings, including asphalt excavation and restoration), configuration of network devices, installation and pre-configuration of the video surveillance control center and network elements, installation of ACC 8 Unity Enterprise clients on the video server, commissioning and configuration of endpoint devices, and camera setup. Also included are the creation of execution and as-built documentation (planned 30 engineer hours), a 24-hour trial operation, multi-stage user training for security personnel (3x 1 hour), and administrator training (1x 4 hours). Complete as-built documentation must be provided in printed and electronic form, including designer and installer declarations, training protocol, technical description, quantity lists, data sheets, certificates, device placement and routing plans (dwg), and system diagrams (dwg). The duration is 12 months or until a net framework amount of 50,000,000 HUF is reached, with a call-off obligation of 70% of the framework amount. A 24-month warranty applies from acceptance.
