Automatic Injector for Computed Tomography for the Katowice Oncology Center

Delivery of an automatic, cartridge-free injector for computed tomography for the Katowice Oncology Center: includes transport, installation, and mounting of the device. Delivery is within 4 weeks from contract conclusion. A 36-month warranty is provided from the date of final acceptance. The warranty covers annual service reviews with all necessary parts, all repairs, inspections, and maintenance with spare parts and materials. For warranty claims, repair must commence within 24 hours of fault notification (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Repair time is a maximum of 3 days without parts import from abroad and a maximum of 8 days with parts import from abroad (each Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The total downtime of the device must not exceed 20 working days within 12-month periods. A brand-new, unused device with a production year not earlier than 2025 will be delivered. Technical and functional parameters are specified in Annex No. 4 of the tender documents.
