Automatic Passenger Counting System for Buses
Delivery, installation, and commissioning of an automatic passenger counting system (AFZS) for buses: The system determines line transport cases (stop-related boarding and alighting numbers, courses, lines, daily profiles, total demand) for revenue sharing, statistics, network and operations planning, infrastructure planning, and audit quotas. It also enables the determination of current and section-related occupancy rates and the recording of objects (wheelchairs, bicycles, strollers) for real-time passenger information, short-term disposition, and network and operations planning. Sensors must recognize objects and passengers under 120 cm height with at least 99% counting accuracy. The system must provide real-time data via VDV data interface formats, with MOIN GmbH receiving unrestricted access to all data, including raw data. Delivery and installation are scheduled by the end of 2026 at the MOIN GmbH depots at Gebrüder-Heyn-Straße 18, 21337 Lüneburg, and at subcontractors' depots in the Lüneburg area. Bidders must submit a system description, component overview, and offer modules in addition to the price sheet.
