Automated technical underfloor cleaning for subway vehicles
Systems for automated technical underfloor cleaning (ATR) for subway vehicles: Planning, construction, manufacturing, delivery, assembly, commissioning, training, trial operation, and final acceptance of three systems for Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG). The systems are to be integrated into planned new hall constructions at the Britz-Süd, Friedrichsfelde, and Machandelweg locations and adapted to the existing infrastructure. Britz-Süd and Friedrichsfelde clean large-profile vehicles, Machandelweg cleans small-profile vehicles. The scope includes all components for intended operation, including automated underfloor cleaning using compressed air/robotics, sealing of the underfloor area against the hall, dust extraction by dedusting systems, and steel constructions for platform levels and walkways. The systems are modular, with one module cleaning a 2-car unit. The complete systems consist of three modules each in Britz-Süd and Friedrichsfelde, and two modules in Machandelweg, each with higher-level control, separate compressed air generation, and an independent control station. Execution must be CE-compliant, according to applicable legal requirements, harmonized standards, and the current state of the art. Optionally, maintenance services during and after the warranty period for defect claims, as well as a spare and wear parts package, are tendered.
