Supply, installation, and commissioning of an automated Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) instrument: includes warranty and service contract for up to five (5) years from installation date; used for automated clean-up of shellfish extracts using Solid Phase Extraction techniques, including C18 and SPE-COOH ion-exchange cartridges; resulting extracts will be analyzed for marine toxins using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Fluorescence Detection (HPLC-FLD), primarily for regulated Paralytic Shellfish Toxins (PSTs); the system must provide reliable, reproducible, and efficient sample preparation for routine marine biotoxin monitoring and analysis within an accredited laboratory environment.
