Planning services for the roof and energy-efficient renovation of Buildings C and D of the Philipp-Matthäus-Hahn-Schule in Balingen: The buildings, constructed in 1978/1979, comprise a usable area of more than 6,000 m² with workshops and classrooms. They are single-story, without a basement, built in solid construction with a reinforced concrete structure, flat roofs, and shed roof elements. A two-story timber storage room with a shallow-pitched sheet metal roof was added to Building C in 2005. Construction will occur during ongoing school operations, with dirty and noisy work scheduled for school-free periods. Completion and handover are planned by December 2032 at the latest.
