Planning services for the roof and energy renovation of Philipp-Matthäus-Hahn-School in Balingen, buildings C and D: Buildings C and D, constructed in 1978/1979, comprise a usable area of more than 6,000 m² with workshops and classrooms, are single-story, without basement, built in solid construction with reinforced concrete framework, flat roofs, and shed roof elements; a two-story wooden storage room with a gently sloping sheet metal roof was added to building C in 2005. The construction work will be carried out during ongoing school operations, with dirt and noise-intensive work to be scheduled during school-free periods. Completion and handover are planned for December 2032 at the latest.
