Banking Services and Current Account Credit for the City of Zduńska Wola

Banking services for the budget of the City of Zduńska Wola: comprehensive banking services from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030, including the provision of a current account credit to cover temporary deficits in 2027-2030. Services include opening, managing, and closing bank accounts, processing national and international transfers (including instant transfers), handling all deposits and withdrawals, providing, installing, reinstalling, and servicing electronic banking software, electronic banking services, generating and providing bank statements, issuing and servicing payment cards, providing, installing, and servicing POS terminals for payments by contractors, annually granting a current account credit, training staff in electronic banking and terminal usage, providing telephone and email support during working hours, offering substantive and technical support by bank advisors, placing free funds, issuing certificates and opinions, notifying the client via phone and email about incoming asset seizures before their execution, and other banking activities. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the number of organizational units of the City of Zduńska Wola. The contractor must maintain a central office or branch in Zduńska Wola from January 4, 2027, and throughout the service period, open at least 5 days per week and 8 hours per day.
