Barracks, containers and mobile carriages for the National Reception Centre

Delivery, establishment, and hire of modular barracks, containers, and mobile carriages for the National Reception Centre in Råde: The main delivery comprises the hire of a total of 23 barracks/module units of approx. 18-20 m², consisting of 20 barracks for residential and accommodation purposes, established in one floor, and 3 barracks for duty/security guard purposes, connected to a module-based solution. These barracks must fulfill relevant TEK17 requirements for permanent stays. Rental periods are up to 8 years. Option 1 includes the hire of further barracks and modules as needed, comprising standard modules (18-20 m²) with and without TEK17 requirements, storage and freezer containers, and mobile wagons, including HSE and sanitary vehicles. Hire periods are expected to vary from 6 months to 4 years. Option 2 allows for the procurement of barracks from the main delivery.
