Construction of a 4th All-Day Primary School for Markopoulo Mesogaias Municipality

Design and construction of a 4th All-Day Primary School on a plot of 3,801.71 m²: The two-story building includes a footprint of 1,595.48 m², a built area of 2,078.12 m² (ground floor and 1st floor), a mezzanine of 84.88 m², semi-outdoor areas on the ground floor and 1st floor totaling 773.41 m², balconies of 281.56 m², and a basement of 946.42 m² for auxiliary spaces and car parking. It will feature 12 classrooms with boys' and girls' WCs on both the ground and 1st floors, laboratory rooms and an integration room on the 1st floor, administration areas and a multi-purpose room on the ground floor, a dining room and canteen on the ground floor, and a library on the 1st floor. Additionally, a basketball-volleyball court will be constructed, and the surrounding area as well as parts of the roof will be landscaped. The scope includes the preparation and drafting of all types of studies (main, supporting, research) and the execution of all building and electromechanical works.
