Organic recycling plant for bio-waste fermentation: Design, obtaining required administrative decisions, supply, execution, assembly, commissioning, and handover for operation of an organic recycling plant through bio-waste fermentation at the site of Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. z o.o. in Marszów, on plot no. 175/1, district 0013, Marszów, under a "design and build" formula. The implementation must not cause operational downtime of the plant; any necessary downtime must be accounted for in the schedule. Detailed specifications are provided in the Functional-Utility Program (PFU), Appendix 11 to the SWZ, with the PFU taking precedence in case of discrepancies.
