Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path (Phase 1) on road Mt 848 between Koiteli and Huttukylä, and construction of water and wastewater pipeline lines in the planning area. The execution follows the construction plans prepared by the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment of North Ostrobothnia and the City of Oulu, as well as Oulun Vesi. The construction work will take place in 2026 and 2027 and includes all road arrangements, equipment, and devices as a lump-sum total contract.
