Construction of a composting plant for selectively collected biodegradable waste in a design-build formula: Development of substitute construction design documentation for a change to building permit no. 139 (issued on 28.10.2025), construction of facilities and accompanying infrastructure, obtaining all legally required permits, approvals, and derogations for the full scope and commissioning, including the occupancy permit on behalf of the client.
