Construction of a Sports and Entertainment Hall with Underground Garage in Zawiercie

Design and construction of a sports and entertainment hall with an underground 'U2' shelter in Zawiercie: Design services for all three stages and construction services exclusively for the first stage. The first stage includes the construction of the sports and entertainment hall with 'U2' shelter based on a concept, reconstruction of the public road access, demolition of an existing building, construction of an access road, four sectors of parking spaces, sidewalks, bicycle and roller-skate paths, multi-functional squares with ramps for disabled people and terrain stairs, shelters for temporary solid waste collection with segregation possibility, two entrances to the underground part of the facility, coach stands, a bus stop, bicycle shelters, full technical infrastructure, network connections, and a toboggan and ski hill. The second stage involves the design of two parking sectors with an access road from the north side of the facility. The third stage comprises the design of an access road from the east side of the area with parking spaces, a tennis court complex, and access to a land reserve for a future commercial building.
