Construction of a Sports Hall for Gymnasium and Language School Zlín

Demolition and disposal of an existing building and paved areas, followed by the new construction of a two-story sports hall for the Zlín Gymnasium. The hall will be partially embedded in the sloping terrain and connected to the school building via a connecting passage. It includes, on the 1st basement floor, teacher changing rooms, disabled-accessible toilets, technical and cleaning rooms, an elevator, and a staircase, as well as 4 athlete changing rooms (2 of which are disabled-accessible), each with its own toilet, washroom, and showers. Furthermore, a two-tier grandstand, equipment rooms, and a hall cleaning room are planned. On the 1st ground floor, there are fitness rooms, a running track (partially cantilevered and suspended by steel rods), a disabled-accessible emergency toilet, a cleaning room, an EPS room, and a UPS room. The staircase leads to a roof terrace with technical equipment behind a soundproof wall. Additionally, a connection to the combined sewer system with retention facilities, new paved areas, and landscaping will be implemented.
