Construction of a Water Treatment Plant (UTEP) in the Technopole: Erection of a semi-underground reinforced concrete building on 2 levels, a water treatment line with activated carbon adsorption, ultrafiltration, and chlorine gas disinfection, reinforced concrete tanks for storing and neutralizing wastewater, storage and dosing rooms for reagents (activated carbon, acid, lye, bleach) for membrane maintenance, and operational areas (laboratory, sanitary facilities, supervision office). Optional services include the supply and installation of photovoltaic systems on the UTEP roof (LOT1_TO1), on the R1 reservoir roof (LOT1_TO2), and on the R3 reservoir roof (LOT1_TO3), each including connection to the HTA station (underground conduits, cables, circuit breakers).
