Construction of a Visitor Center and Bird Observation Tower at Lake Atanasovsko, Burgas

Construction of a visitor center and bird observation tower at Lake Atanasovsko in Burgas, on the property with identifier 07079.622.132: Preparation of a situational plan for the adjacent area with site-specific electrical and water/sewer connections for two modules. If tree removal is necessary, a sanitary expert opinion for each tree must be prepared according to the form (Appendix No. 1 to Art. 7, Para. 2 of the Regulation on the Establishment and Protection of the Green System of Burgas Municipality), to be filled out and signed on site by an arborist, landscape architect, or forest engineer. Measures for new vegetation in open green spaces must comply with the "Recommendations for green measures in urban environments to reduce secondary dust dispersion". Details for the type and organization of pavements, transitions, curbs, and landscaped areas, preferably without regulations, are to be prepared. All locations for trees and transitions to landscaped areas must be at ground level without raised curbs. Further items as per the tender documents.
