Construction of a Visitor Center and Bird Observation Tower at Lake Atanasovsko

Construction of a visitor center and a bird observation tower at Lake Atanasovsko on the land plot with cadastral ID 07079.622.132 in Burgas, UPU V, Block 1 of the Park Lake plan: Preparation of a situational plan for the adjacent area with site-specific electrical and water/sewer connections for two modules. A detailed geodesic survey of the terrain with existing vegetation, shrubs, manholes, and underground infrastructure lines is provided. If tree removal is necessary, a sanitary expertise for each tree must be prepared according to the regulations of Burgas Municipality. New plantings must comply with the "Recommendations for green measures in urban environments to reduce secondary dust dispersion". The documentation must include details for the type and organization of pavements, transitions, curbs, and landscaped areas, with all tree locations and transitions to landscaped areas to be at ground level without raised curbs.
