Construction of a bridge section and infrastructure works for L27A at Luitenant Nayaertplein and Oudstrijdersstraat

Demolition of the reinforced concrete slab under track A - L27A and the reinforced concrete arches under track B - L27A above the roadways of the bridges at Luitenant Naeyaertplein and Oudstrijdersstraat; demolition and reconstruction of public domain and roads, including temporary road works; construction of a new reinforced concrete bridge over Luitenant Naeyaertplein and Oudstrijdersstraat, and their connecting retaining walls (L27A); dismantling and construction of tracks as part of the works (L27A) as well as the construction of a dead-end track at the former station area in Antwerp-East; renewal of tracks (rails, sleepers, ballast, and service paths); adjustment of overhead lines (L27A), specifically the demolition of pole 57/56 on the bridge over Luitenant Naeyaertplein, adjustment of the relevant crossbeam, shifting of the overhead line (with all accessories such as catenary wires, air earthing, etc.) out of the required work zone, placement of a new pole 57/56N with associated crossbeam, repositioning of the overhead line and re-pendulation where necessary; relocation of the 2 fiber optic cables (attached to the overhead line poles on the track B side of L27A) out of the required work zone; renewal of one overhead line construction on the bridge over Luitenant Naeyaertplein; various cable works; construction of a new drainage system and restoration of water management; renovation of the masonry section of the viaduct of the bridges over Luitenant Naeyaertplein and Oudstrijdersstraat (L12); preservation and waterproofing of the metal railway bridge decks over Stenenbrug and Turnhoutsebaan (L27A) on site; strengthening of the web plates of the main girders of the metal railway bridge decks over Stenenbrug and Turnhoutsebaan (in L27A); preservation of the historical railings on Stenenbrug and Turnhoutsebaan, with consoles and other service path structures (in L12 and L27A); repair and protection of the concrete abutments and piers of Stenenbrug and Turnhoutsebaan (in L12 and L27A); waterproofing of the bridge over Statielei (L27A) on site; repair of watertight joints on the bridge over Damplein (L12 + L27A); renovation of masonry structures and concrete repairs on the bridge over Damplein (L12 + L27A); renewal of the signaling system of L27A; restoration of terrain and roads to their original state. Bidders must state their CO² ambition level based on a CO² performance ladder to be rewarded for their efforts to reduce CO² emissions. Further items as per the tender documents.
