Construction and installation works for an elevated helipad for LPR rescue helicopters at the M. Kopernika Voivodeship Multispecialist Center for Oncology and Traumatology in Łódź: execution according to project documentation, preparation of as-built documentation, organization and execution of all necessary tests, examinations, measurements, and final acceptance, preparation of commencement and completion notifications on behalf of the client, and obtaining all required permits for the execution and commissioning of the object (if required). The detailed scope of services is described in the project documentation (Attachment No. 2 to SWZ) and the contract template (Attachment No. 9 to SWZ). An offer is required for the entire scope of services.
