Construction works for an elevated helipad for rescue helicopters at the M. Kopernik Voivodeship Multispecialist Oncology and Traumatology Center in Łódź: Construction and installation works according to project documentation, preparation of industry-specific as-built documentation, organization and execution of necessary tests, examinations, measurements, and acceptances, including final acceptance of all works, preparation of commencement and completion notices on behalf of the client, and obtaining legally required permits for the construction and commissioning of the facility (if required). The detailed scope is described in the project documentation (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ) and the contract template (Appendix No. 9 to SWZ). Bids must be submitted for the entire scope of services.
