Construction of a Leisure and Recreation Center in Kumowa Dolina, Chełm: Execution of construction works and associated infrastructure according to project documentation and building permit. This includes geodetic services, preparation and delivery of complete as-built documentation, geodetic as-built inventory, handling all notifications and agreements, obtaining all necessary decisions and permits for commissioning (including occupancy permit, if required) on behalf of the client, handover of the investment for use, preparation of a material and financial schedule for construction works, execution of construction works based on approved technical documentation, and conducting control measurements according to the technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR). Funding is provided by the Rządowy Fundusz Polski Ład: Program Inwestycji Strategicznych, based on a preliminary promise dated 2025-08-25, no. Edycja8/2023/7286/PolskiLad. The detailed scope is defined in the Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) – attachment no. 8 to SWZ – as well as in the project documentation, bills of quantities, and technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR) – attachment to the Draft Contract Provisions. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the public funds intended for financing are not granted.
