Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path on the route of a former sand railway line: approx. 9.3 km long, connecting Kłokocin via ul. Żorska in Gotartowice to the Rybnik Paruszowiec railway stop via ul. Mikołowska, up to the cycle route between Wielopole and Kamień in Rybnik. The scope includes a cycle path 4.0 m wide and a pedestrian path 1.8 m wide with asphalt surface, driveways connecting to other roads and intersecting routes, renovation of 3 bridge structures (steel bridge over the Ruda river, steel bridge over the railway line near Rybnik-Gotartowice station, concrete viaduct in the Paruszowiec-Piaski forest), horizontal and vertical signage, energy-efficient LED lighting along the entire length with reactive power compensator, bicycle racks, e-bike charging stations, repair stations, and rest areas with shelters, skatepark, pumptrack, climbing walls, decorative boulders, recreational loungers, benches, and waste bins. Bidders must demonstrate completion within the last 10 years of at least 2 construction/reconstruction works for roads/streets or cycle paths, each valued at a minimum of 7,000,000.00 PLN gross; at least 1 construction/reconstruction/renovation work for a bridge structure, with bridge works valued at a minimum of 1,500,000.00 PLN gross; and at least 2 construction works for revitalization, adaptation, construction, reconstruction, or demolition of railway infrastructure (railway embankments, tracks, engineering structures on railway lines, stops, or platforms), each valued at a minimum of 2,000,000.00 PLN gross.
