Construction of an outpatient specialist care building at the Wojewódzkie Wielospecjalistyczne Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika in Łódź: The project includes the design and execution of construction works for an outpatient specialist care building under a design-and-build model. This involves obtaining all necessary decisions, agreements, opinions, permits, and other documents to enable the construction and installation works and subsequent use of the newly built facility in accordance with applicable regulations. All works must be carried out according to the Functional-Utility Program (PFU), Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Funding is provided by European Funds for Łódzkie 2021-2027 (Action: Health Infrastructure FELD.06.03-IZ.00-002/24, co-financing agreement no. FELD.06.03-IZ.00-0066/25-00 dated 13.10.2025) and funds from the budget of the Łódź Voivodeship.
